DMCA & Copyright Policy

• We do not host, store, or distribute any video content on our servers.
• Our service acts as a technical tool to help users access publicly available content.
• We do not allow or support the download of copyrighted material without authorization.
• We respect the rights of content creators and rights holders.
• Repeat infringers will have their access to our service terminated.

If you believe that content accessible through our service infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. Your notice must include all of the following:

• Your physical or electronic signature (or signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner).
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (e.g., the specific URL or video ID).
• Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.

Send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent by email. We aim to respond to all valid notices within 3–5 business days.

• We will review your notice to verify it meets the legal requirements.
• If valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include disabling access to the reported content.
• We will notify the user who submitted the content of the takedown.
• We keep records of all notices received for legal compliance purposes.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to jurisdiction of your local federal district court.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material within 10–14 business days unless the complaining party files a court action.

Filing a false DMCA notice or counter-notification is a serious matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that material was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts or access of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights. We take copyright infringement seriously and will act accordingly.
